Eat like a Rancher
We grind all cuts of beef into a single blend for enhanced texture and superior flavor
What makes Ranch Burger ground beef better?
Entire Animal Utilization - Most ground beef is made with the “leftovers” - anything left after the best cuts (steaks, ribs, etc.) have been trimmed away. We do it differently, combining all the premium cuts into a single delicious package. We grind and blend steaks, briskets, roasts, tenderloins, rib meat and trim. You can taste the difference!
Single Animal Origin - Other beef labels combine parts and pieces of hundreds of animals to create their ground beef. Our ground beef packages originate from a single cow.
Lean yet Flavorful - Our ground beef tends to be leaner because our cattle do not go through the high-calorie finishing process. Lean usually means less flavor, but because we utilize the whole animal, we maintain the flavor from top-tier cuts. Our ground beef typically clocks in at 87% - 93% lean. Although, with a single animal origin, percent lean can vary!
Rancher Direct - Our beef comes straight from family-owned ranches in central Nebraska. We sell the beef from our ranch and trusted neighbors to ensure you are buying high quality ground beef that’s had a high quality of life.
Locally Processed - Our beef is processed at a USDA-certified butcher within an hour of our partner ranches. It’s then frozen fresh right onsite, ready for delivery to you.
Simplicity - We are committed to providing the best tasting product and therefore sell only a single product - ground beef.
Delivered straight from Nebraska
We are not a fancy company, and we don’t pretend to be. Our ground beef is delivered to the Colorado Front Range via refrigerated truck straight from our local butcher in Nebraska. We meet you at convenient drop points along the Front Range and hand you our beef straight from the truck.
